World-Class
Machining Setup

3 and 4 axis precision CNC machining services including milling, turning, wire cutting and EDM. We work with Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Copper, ABS, PC, PP, POM, PTFE, HDPE,. Capable of CNC milling parts with +/-0.010 mm tolerance. We offer prototype as well as production batches. Our customers are major defence Tier 1 firms/OEMs, electronic/power supply companies and medical device manufacturers. We produce frames, brackets, adapters, enclosures, housings, covers, missle / radar components, medical scissors, etc.

We have machined complex extrusion profiles, significantly reducing the cycle times as well the raw material costs for our customers. The largest extrusion processed is 1000 mm in length

Our multi-axes capability helps reduce the number of setups required for prismatic parts. As a result, the customer has benefitted from lower rejections, lower TAT and the ability to produce complex geometries

We can create simple milling geometries on the Turnmill, improving positional accuracy while also reducing the number of setups required
thin wall machining
Our expertise in developing fixtures for thin-walled components help us achieve the right level of efficiency without causing part deformation

Because of our lower setup costs, our customers have chosen to machine heat sinks from blocks instead of opting for standard processes such as extrusion or casting
flat plates
We regularly produce jobs that require flatness of upto 0.015 to 0.020 mm over a job size of 300 mm through machining. However, the flatness depends on several characteristics such as type of material, hardness, material removal etc.
